In the first hour, Dr. Andy Roark and Meg Pierson play improv games, discuss conflict resolution strategy, and bring home important points on finding commonality, avoiding barriers, actively listening, and setting clear expectations. In the next three hours, Andy and Meg teach the Davidow Model of Organizational response, a 6-tool program used to teach customer service skills related to angry or complaining customers. Each of the tools is explained using stories and humor, broken up by improv comedy games to allow for mental breaks and to place markers to help attendees remember pertinent points.
