CVMA’s New Equine Education Program!

CVMA is excited to add an annual equine education program in our learning portfolio!  Join us for 8 hours of instruction and hands-on leaning designed for the equine and mixed practice practitioner.

Equine Dentistry

Scott Marx, DVM

Dr. Scott Marx received his undergraduate degree from West Point in 1981 before serving as an Army officer and paratrooper. He received his DVM from CSU Veterinary School in 1995 and became a partner in a mixed-animal practice. In 2002, Dr. Marx began an equine-exclusive dentistry practice, Advance Equine Dentistry in Parker, where he routinely performs advanced equine dental procedures. Dr. Marx also conducts equine dentistry seminars for veterinarians and veterinary students, both here and internationally.

CE CREDITS

The Colorado State Board of Veterinary Medicine typically approves eight hours of continuing education for CVMA CE Equine. In order to earn CE credits, attendees must participate in each of the presentations throughout the program. A Record of Participation will be given at registration, which you should retain for your files.
