Denver's Washington Park overflowed with dogs and their people during the 25th Annual Dumb Friends League Furry Scurry event on May 5, where more than 12,000 participants and their 5,000 canine companions showed up for the annual dog walk that raises money for shelter pets.   CVMA staffed a booth where member veterinarians volunteered time to talk to pet owners and provide general pet healthcare advice while also offering on-the-spot microchip scanning.
